School Visit Programme
The Department of Kaumarabhritya (Ayurveda pediatrics) at SDM Institute of ayurveda and hospital, Bengaluru conducted a school visit programme for LKG & UKG students of St. Philomina School, Bengaluru on 19/12/2025 (Friday). A total of 77 students participated. The students were introduced to the hospital infrastructure and taken on an educational tour of the herbal garden, creating awareness about medicinal plants and the hospital environment in a child-friendly manner.
The programme saw active involvement of I, II, and III-year Postgraduate scholars and interns, guided by consultants Dr. Srilakshmi (Associate Professor) and Dr. Priyanka HS (Assistant Professor). This was organised by the school to make children aware about community helpers. The children thanked all doctors with a floral token for their service.
