OXYGEN CHALLENGE

A plantation drive held on occasion of World Environment day by SDMIAH Student council in association with ABVP. The main motto of this drive entitled “Oxygen Challenge” was to plant 1 crore plants across Bengaluru. On 10th June 2022, all the members of Student Council and the Historian Committee of college visited Sulikere Forest Range along with Karnataka Forest Department and ABVP members and planted 50  saplings across the range. With the help of Karantaka Forest Department, an awareness was brought among the people about saving the environment from various forms of pollution and planting more trees. Every individual associated with the program strongly believes that planting a tree is pious as giving life, a gift from us to the planet.
