Independence Day celebration.
79th Independence day was celebrated in SDM Institute of Ayurveda and Hospital campus. Dr Bharathi, Professor and head, Department of Shalya Tantra, hoisted the flag followed by Independence day speech from 2nd year student Adil Ahmed. All the teaching and non teaching staff and students graced the event.
Breastfeeding Week Symposium
The Department of Kaumarabhritya at SDM Institute of Ayurveda and Hospital, Bengaluru, organized a Breastfeeding Week Symposium on August 4, 2025. The event aimed to educate students about the importance of breastfeeding and featured: - A guest lecture on the benefits of breast milk - An E-poster competition for III BAMS students - A cooking competition for PG scholars on breastfeeding-friendly recipes The program
Health Checkup Camp
NSS unit SDMIAH in collaboration with the department of PTSR, Kaumarabhritya and Shalakya tantra conducted Health checkup camp in Shree Gurugnana Kendra Vidyalaya, Pancha Ganapathi temple premises Anchepalya on 30/07/25. Total 120 students health check up was done. Camp was attended - Dr. Anusha Dr. Shrilaxmi. Dr. Sushobhitha Mr. Mahesh Prabhakar Hegde (NSS Officer) 7 PG's and 2 Internee.
